3 Flavors, 3 Recipes

I know, we all think that crackers are just the vehicle to get that amazing local cheese into our mouths, or the vessel to scoop up the hummus. But have you ever tried thinking outside of the box (pun very much intended🤣)?

Crackers don't have to be reserved for the charcuterie platter. We’ve come up with three delicious recipes using each of our cracker flavors. We hope you'll give them a try! And if you do, please post them on social and tag us!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground meat (chicken, turkey or beef)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 box Onesto everything crackers, pulsed in a food processor until they are a breadcrumb consistency

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, egg, parsley and cracker crumbs until fully combined.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.
  5. Bake at 400F for 8 minutes, then flip each meat ball over and cook for another 8 minutes, or until brown and slightly crispy on the edges.
  6. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce.

  5. Toss in the cauliflower until well coated.
  6. Transfer to a lightly oiled casserole dish.
  7. Place the crackers in a bag and crush them into course crumbs. Mix with the olive oil and then sprinkle over the cauliflower.
  8. Bake at 400F for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
