When their daughter faced a gluten allergy, she couldn’t
bear to part with her favorite food: crackers. Determined to keep family traditions alive, Jane searched for gluten-free options but found only overly processed ones. So, she crafted her own recipe, promising to only use honest
ingredients.
Jane’s crackers quickly stole the show at local dinner parties and gatherings where people had no idea the crackers were gluten-free. Now, as a favorite cracker in markets and cafes across the country, Onesto is proving that honest food is the best food and gluten-free doesn’t mean flavor-free.
