Refund policy
If for any reason you are unsatified with your purchase, we require you to reach out to us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
While we cannot take food items back, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. You will be required to send us a photo of your order in the condition that you received it, uneaten, unused and in its original packaging. We will also need a photograph of the code and best by date on the bottom of the box. There is no need to send the order back.

If your complaint is accepted, we’ll send you a return email, as well as instructions on how the next steps . Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returned perishable goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email and let you know if the complaint was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
